His newest book is Notes From the Porch, written during Covid lockdown. Charming, thoughtful, nostalgic, his short stories have the essence of home in VT. Tom is also the founder of the Vermont College of Fine Arts where he served as president for thirteen years. He makes his home in Montpelier, VT.
